1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrustHosting Infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide anonymous cloud computing services; however, illegal activities including but not limited to child abuse material, terroristic activities, and direct attacks against government infrastructure are strictly prohibited.

2. Anonymous Accounts

TrustHosting does not require personal identification (KYC). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your private access keys. Lost accounts cannot be recovered if you do not have access to your registered email.

3. Resource Usage

Users are entitled to 100% of the resources allocated to their specific plan. Intentional attempts to disrupt our host nodes or circumvent virtualization limits will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Prohibited Content

While we champion privacy, we do not allow our network to be used for outgoing DDoS attacks, IP spoofing, or hosting malware command-and-control centers. Accounts found engaging in these activities will be suspended.
